Pedagogy Training for Babysitters/Nannies
This training arises from the need to continuously educate the adults who play a fundamental role in the life of our precious children. Our nannies spend a significant amount of time with our children and that time is not always used to facilitate and optimize the social, emotional, physical and cognitive learning of our children. With this concern in mind, I created this training to fill this gap and thus make nannies a crucial ally in the education of our children. It is undoubtedly a worthwhile investment.
This training aims to deconstruct Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences to help identify how this can lead to different learning style. It also has the purpose of sharing strategies for differentiated teaching and learning.
